Introduction to Yoga
I want to say thank you - both to Misa and the American School of Bombay for organizing this course. It has been a great source of inspiration for me - a place that I could dip into for information about everything from asanas, to meditation, to the philosphies of the great yoga gurus. The amount that I was able to consume has excited me to do more - to read, to attend more workshops and to try to modify my behaviour to follow this extremely humanist approach to life. The course has definitely helped me on my way to a better, more constructive way of living and interacting with others.
